I design 30-minute workout programs for you to do anywhere you please - whether that be at a big box gym, a small gym with minimal equipment, traveling or at home. If you wish to work at home, I'll advise you on minimal, cost-effective equipment in which to invest.

Most programs are 3-4x/week to fit your busy schedule. All workouts are delivered through the Trainerize app, where you will have a written description of your program, along with video demos for every exercise. You'll also have a calendar to track your workouts and post progress pics. To boot, you can sync MyFitnessPal as well as Fitbit to the app.

I'll give you 28 days of done-for-you meal plans, but that's just the tip of the iceberg Most people don't need more information - they need accountability. Depending on the client, we can start setting your calories and/or macros. This won't work for everyone, however. For other individuals, we work on developing the habits that will help them lose weight. Protein at every meal, vegetables at every meal, 10,000 steps per day are some examples.

Hone in on your form
The single biggest difference between training in person and training online? I won't be able to watch and cue you as you workout. No problem. If you are unsure if you are using proper form on an exercise, simply take a video and either text it to email it to me. I'll explain what you're doing wrong, demonstrate proper form, and then have you work on it until you get it right.

Do I need a gym membership?
No. I will design a program that works with what you have at your disposal. That being said, if you’re working out at home, I’ll advise you to at least have adjustable dumbbells and a TRX.

Do you train men as well?
Yes. Most of my clients are women and I direct my marketing towards them, but I have plenty of male clients

Are there age limitations?
Yes. You must be 18 or older.

Can you still help during COVID-19?
Yes, my clients work out at home with minimal equipment – so absolutely. I even advise my clients on equipment in which they can invest (usually 2 small pieces of equipment you can fit anywhere).

I started training in 2005 for a small, boutique-style personal training studio. I put in my time on the training floor for 4 years before starting my own personal training business. I’m older, will this work for me? 
Yes. Age doesn’t mean much. Will we have to adjust your training program to account for joint integrity and wear and tear? Possibly. But we have a lot of experience there, and the nutrition and accountability aspect won’t change. 
Do I have to have workout experience? 
Having at least some experience would be greatly beneficial since we won’t be training you in person. That being said, we offer exercise video analysis on a weekly basis – meaning we can still correct your form on those exercises you may not yet fully understand.
What’s the commitment? 
We have an initial 90 day commitment for the program. Most clients continue after the initial 90 days as they are seeing great success and want to build on it.
